Rentabod is operated by Renta Bod AI Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 17411387). In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Renta Bod AI Limited. We are the data controller for any personal data you provide through this website.

What data we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. We do not collect any other personal data through this website at this time.

We may also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring. This data is not linked to your email address.

Why we collect it and our legal basis

We collect your email address to notify you when Rentabod launches and to send you updates about the platform. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the waitlist form.

How we use your data

To contact you when Rentabod launches in your area
To send you occasional pre-launch updates (infrequent)
We will never sell your email address to third parties
We will never use it for unrelated marketing

How long we keep it

We will keep your email address until you unsubscribe, or until we have notified you of the platform launch — whichever comes first. After launch, if you have not created a Rentabod account, your waitlist entry will be deleted within 90 days.

Rectify any inaccurate data
Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
Withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

Unsubscribing

To be removed from the waitlist at any time, email privacy@rentabod.ai with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. We will remove your address within 5 business days.

This website does not use cookies or any tracking technologies at this time.
